Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE/TPU)

Thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) can be processed like thermoplastic plastics while displaying typical characteristics like elasticity, flexibility and hardness, otherwise attainable only through the use of rubber. TPEs are flexible in their use and combination with other materials, sometimes forming reversible compounds with them.
